Request a reason for increase and a cost breakdown in writing There is no reason provided other advising everything has gone up. Most of the work is incomplete. It seems they never had intention to complete the work as they are threading to stop the work

We started our house build (NSW) early last year in 2021. Constructions has been very slow, and there has been several delays.
