I think the toilets fine. There are a number of voids upstairs, I would utilise that space in the rooms. Possibly add another cupboard by pwd room entry, and I would personally remove the wall between the galley and pantry. Thanks for pointing that out... I was wondering what those black things are...

I think it's a great plan as well. I would prefer to have the ensuite toilet closed off though. They do have an option to close of ensuite toilet for $2500, if I remember correctly. Thanks.

Is that a void upstairs? Id consider adding a WIL. I think its a good floorplan though in general Yes that is avoid. PD do offer WIL as floor plan option for first floor, will add that one, extra storage space is always good. Thanks.
