Spoke to baycrown today, they said that they are expecting land titles by next Friday and settlement two weeks after. So we should have it by the end of March. Went to the site today as well, but gate is still closed.

Hi guys, just received an email from my builder Kindly be advised that Statement of Compliance has now been achieved for Ashford Park stage 1. So titles should not be far away. Will go and check if they opened the gate to estate

I just asked a realestate agent if there are any updates for stage 1. That what he replied ( It was meant to settle in December however as it was close to Christmas holidays and they thought it would be a smoother process to settle in January.) It doesn’t look really promising, isn’t it
