We took out the provision for flooring before we signed the contract as we planned on doing it after handover but ended up using their masterton supplier anyway as it would have been all covered by mastertons warranty and they only allowed that supplier to go in to complete prior to handover. Hi We have just paid our $3900 and have to select our external colours for a trend facade and we are STRUGGLING! Any opinions on costs? As a first timer am struggling to understand who is cost effective. For one of them their inclusions are high and for the other i need to pay for the same inclusions but a lower base price.

In Sydney I think MDJ are slooow in admin stage... they are but similar time as Masterton. Its Mastertons build time that lets them down. i got a sense of that as well when the sales agent kept saying that their focus is on quality so may take extra time to deliver.
