Missing Building Wrap / InsulationHeating, Cooling & Insulation

Hey guys building a new place through a volume builder and just wondering if i should complain to the site supervisor as we just had plasterboard installed. Hi Guys new to the forum, land settles tomorrow on a 471sqm block in Pimpama QLD. Have made a couple changes to the standard plan which can be seen in yellow.
