give them a ring and ask, it is a matter of 1 min call or one e-mail to arrange. In 6 weeks proper builder can build up a house to the lock up stage. yeah we've been chasing them for a while but still can't get reasonable update. We'll just keep trying..it's frustrating..

Depends on the size of the land, but for most blocks under 1000 sqm, several hours onsite and a half a day to prepare the drawings. A day or 2 max. thanks @alexp79. Ours is just 275 sqm. Wondering why our builder is taking a looonnng..time.

2400mm is only the approximate door height, the actual height of the door itself is 2340 Ok now I understand. I'm confused with what's in the inclusion documents vs the actual height of the door. Thank you for making it clear to me. By the way is a 2340mm door ok on a 2600 ceiling height?

Hi Guys, Has anyone of you have put a 2.4m high,1.2m wide main entrance door to the house? If you happen to have pictures, can you share it? I just want to see how it fits by looking it from outside. Thanks.

Hi Guys, We're in the process of approving the building design and just want to ask you that based on this image, which one is the ceiling height? Is it the 2740 or 2450? Thanks. https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/89422_1557920901.JPG

Thanks @Melos . After the council submitted design plans, did you have another final plan from the builder where all the fittings, cabinets, drawers were explicitly laid out including measurements? Did you have another appointment for kitchen and laundry design afterwards?

Hi Guys, If we were given a final design to be submitted to council for approval, does it suppose to have all the complete details like kitchen cabinets, drawers, cupboards, etc..? Did you have a special meeting for kitchen detailing? Thanks.
