We have two options either 5000K or 3000k both 10Watts LED. We will go for 5000k as we prefer brighter lights due to vision issues. Is this too much or just right? Inadequate gutters, flashings, storm water disposal, etc could account for the movement/cracking.. Here in NSW where i am you just get a builder to do a report, i'm not sure they do structural reports, not for $250 anyway..
