Each area is run by a different franchise, who have different standard inclusions and different prices. You'd need to talk to the local area and the salesman should be able to give you a rough price for an off the shelf plan without going to full tender.

My build had a 900mm under bench, it's fine. If I was using 2 x 600mm I'd have them stacked on the left side with the microwave if you can make room, it's much easier to access them without bending down all the time and getting a face full of hot air.

You've really given us no information whatsoever. P can mean a lot of different things. No one can know if $36000 is too much money, what are you basing your assumption that $36k is too much on?

If theyre sending someone out to fix the problem and give you what was in the contract, I don't see what the problem is?

Thank you for your feedback, not what I was hoping to hear, but very useful. :) Google "Borrowing Capacity Calculator" put your details in there and see what it comes up with as how much you can borrow. Your deposit wont matter if you can't service the loan.

Get more than one quote and compare, thats the only way you can tell if the price is fair. 1m slope over the building can cost significant money

I didn't do what you said, but my Fencing quote was $2k more than the actual cost. Once my final payment was made I had $2k in available funds on my mortgage.

Congratulations! Glad you've made the next step. I think the master bedroom is a good size, that's the same size as ours and we fit a king bed plus plenty of room around. Not sure Id ever want it any bigger, but that's just me.
