Agree Danny, king homes so far have been amazing I’m currently in the design and drafting the plan stage , drafting process is slow but I can not complain as the price for custom design is reasonable and Nadia has been great in adjusting the plan to meet my budget , I won’t start build till July so...

Very nice and also very very very big. Can't wait to see your photos and updates

Today we have received our occupation certificate. Tomorrow is going to be our handover. We are very excited to finally be able to move in. Congratulations Denny , great news just before Easter Has been a long journey, however the guys at king homes have done a great job. Couldn't be happier

Looks amazing! Will you be getting someone for your landscaping or doing it yourself? Im currently looking into landscapers (but early I know) for our build. Any recommendations or suggestions would be awesome. Looking at doing it myself. Got already some ideas to start with.

Today we had our practical completion walk through, was very impressed by David our building supervisor. He was already on top of all defects.
