Thanks for all the advice guys! Its hard when looking for a builder as almost ALL the companies have bad reports!!! At the moment we are choosing between JGK and Rawdon Hll, we like Rawdon a bit better but its a little more $$$. Thanks again Do not go with J G King. Save yourself a lot of stress .

Hi, im starting to get very nervous as we have found the perfect design for our land with jg king, however, most of the reviews i have seen say they would not build again and this went wrong and that went wrong.... blah blah blah! Has anyone here got any good or bad reviews? Thanks again - just get...

Dont do it. Find urself a decent builder. Im under so much stress and i do not have the house i asked for or paid for.
