Hi everyone, For those that have moved in, how are you finding the Ilve Dishwasher? Ours are always wet and we have to leave it open to dry. I cant find the drying function in the unit which my old Fisher and Paykel DishDrawer did a great job. Please let me know as im no better off than hand washin...

Hi all! Our update is that we did not get an update this week. We did get assurances that all the issues found in the independent inspection report will be fixed. So hoping for quality like Manhattan 52 but on a smaller scale. We are looking at a February handover date if everything goes according ...

If you are prepared to wait a little for the landscaping go elsewhere. You will save a fortune.

PCI today went well. Had our inspector go through on Monday and had his report as well. Found a lot of little issues but nothing major so are booked in for keys 12th June. Will you post more photos when you get your keys? I look forward to it ;) Will do

PCI today went well. Had our inspector go through on Monday and had his report as well. Found a lot of little issues but nothing major so are booked in for keys 12th June. Congrats Ml117. How many months in total did the construction process take for you? About 9

How have you claimed the $5500 outdoor voucher without spending too much with Wisdom We only used part of it and rest is going into credit. The landscaping costs they have are just too expensive. Doing the bulk of it after handover, it's a bit of a pain but worth the savings
