Hmm, my last post seems to have disappeared. I thought we were in luck when i had previously found cottage style houses, except they all seem to be roughly 24-27m wide which is obviously too big for our block which is only 23m. We are located in the Knox area, (outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne). Not sure of the size, but it wouldn't be a big house, just normal 3 bdr, main with ensuite, study, kitchen, 2 living areas and double garage type thing.

The dimensions from memory are approximately 25m deep, and maybe 23m wide. So not ridiculously unusual, but it's just that most of the designs are for skinner, long houses, whereas we really need one wider across the front, and not as deep.
