It's not fibre board, it's fibro. Might actually be reasonably new (last 10 years) fibro, because the house was repainted 7 years ago and they would have had to sand back the fibro to paint it. I just think it's a fibro wall in a house which would have been built in the 70s. Which I've been told quite commonly contains asbestos in fibro. How deep do you need to sand a sheet for it to be hazardous, is any sanding considered hazardous? We stopped when we thought it might be fibro and the pan...

Hello, I am doing some painting in our house and have inadvertantly sanded a wall which I suspect is fibro. Obviously the dust is potentially all over the inside of the house/work site. What is the recommended clean up with the assumption this is an asbestos fibro sheeting?
