We are hoping that settlement will go through for us on the 21st April (but after last weekend when we were robbed and everything from our taps to our bathroom van...

It is great news isn't it. I think its the first piece we have received in regards to this house stuff, well except for our loan being approved that is. LoL. PD have guaranteed a 20 week finish for us (as per the contract with 28 day for christmas) so were hoping if all goes well to be in by Easter ...

We added those extra windows and extended the length of our sliding door, but it didn't effect our energy rating. They should be able to tell you at your tender appointment if it has/hasn't (at least thats when we were told it wouldn't change our energy rating).

Hi ptmtaylor, We have purchased in Marriott Waters (stage 3&4). So far according to those at the sales office were still on trak for June/July titles, however I highly doubt this.. we'll see when the time gets closer. We're building with PD and our soild test were done back in January.. not sure...
