If there are existing ceilings, why not measure it, rather than guess from a drawing? im not sure if there is a reason why the drawing specifies the height it does for a door to be made up and if I’m able to use a taller door second hand sourced... Why not make simply the ceiling higher? It’s a renovation of an existing dwelling. To lift the ceiling would be too costly.
