Hi The drawings are missing some detailed information. But the eaves are in line with the head of the door, so you are limited by that. If there are existing ceilings, why not measure it, rather than guess from a drawing? im not sure if there is a reason why the drawing specifies the height it does for a door to be made up and if I’m able to use a taller door second hand sourced... Why not make simply the ceiling higher? It’s a renovation of an existing dwelling. To lift the ceiling would be too costly.
