Yes they are charging that fee for newer contracts. I don't have that in my contract. Some one was mentioning that some other builders are charging that fee as well Thanks for the info. Thanks. What did they tell you about hiring private inspector? They told me that I have to pay $250 everytime when they have to deal with Private inspector as an admin fee which I found redeculous. None of the builder charges for the private inspection. Seems like scare tactice by Mimosa to not allo...
