Thanks not sure peter, when the time comes we will not let them get away with errors. You are right, they will never come back, people who build with them 2 years ago are still waiting for their 3 months maintenance. Does this forum have a private msg option?

We started in May, they have refused give us a completion date, I think it will be sometime next year. Hey... Just wondering how your build went in the end? Is it finished? If so, when did it complete?
