Glendale 45 vs 50Building A New House

Hi Does anyone know the main difference between the Glendale 45 and 50? Has anyone built with the leisure at the front? Can doors be added to the rumpus room? What do people use the sitting room for? Seems like a wasted space

What do people roughly spend on upgrades? i.e. high ceilings, kitchen benches etc
