Site cost varies from builder to builder. I would advise you to go to a few builders and compare the prices. Mimosa does 10k fixed site costs where as other builders are charging in between 20-40k. Hi Brian, Based on the quotes we have received, the range is 15K to 20K. The cheapest one was 15K fixed from Mimosa.
