Hi Chels, that's a really good fixed site cost. We paid 30 with Metricon. How is your build coming along? The fixed site costs are a good price, you're right. Definitely agree with others that say to get your sites fixed. I got quoted & signed @ 15k with Henley back in 2016. Not on site yet, but I've read some site costs are up at 28- 30k!!
