Yay we have a start date. 13/11. Then hopefully 10 days after a slab pour. Has anyone had PC as a SS in the Northern area? Yes PC is our SS he is good. Thats good to hear. Ive heard a couple people have him and are quite happy. So lets see if he lives ip to it for us. Haha

Did anyone checked for ducted vacuum costs with arden? Yep. We did for the Votive. 3 points came back at 4.5k. That was with retractable hoses.
