Thanks Travis. We actually decided to go with another builder after all. They wouldn't build on a conventional raft slab. Only waffle pod and I was not comfortable with that.

Hi OCD_Jes, Thanks for the info! How is your build going? I have been to nearly all of the Granvue display homes and I have some concerns about the way the windows have been fitted. Many of the window seals on the outside of the window do not meet in the corners and may eventually allow water in. Ha...
