Thank you so much for this, I see the issue! That is so annoying, and it sounds like you left quite a bit of room when you designed I remember seeing a fridge and being able to pull out the fridge drawers with the door in position like that, as they had the shelving of the door to suite (so the dra...
I’m not sure how big yours would be, but our hot water system sits 1400 from finished floor level. If the bottom of you...

Is that the correct orientation of your plan? We based our custom design on the Avoca 26, and then made a walk in pantry behind the kitchen BUT we didn’t put a window in the walk in part so now we are limited with fridges because the wall blocks the fridge door opening (to the right) super wide, ev...

A couple with cool white lighting Last one also has a warm light pendant making it look a little beige, which it definitely isn’t in real life. In fact, all photos are making it look darker than it really is! https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/79454_1511604632.jpeg https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/79454_1...

NBN ready just means they run the cables from your boundary, to your house. This would also include the internal house plugs, but doesn’t include the hardware you require to actually connect You will most likely have a conduit with cables coming up from the ground below your power box. You (or the b...

20.5 of a standard HIA outlines process if the variation is urgent. Depending on what the works were, it may not have been feasible to request the variation first? Ie if it was identified during slab pie maybe?

Hi, if you bulkhead meant to be out to the full depth of the returns (ie full depth of bottom bench) or just to the depth of the cabinets? If just to the depth of the cabinets, they build an Mdf bulkhead into it after cabinets are in. If it’s meant to be flush to the return walls (full depth of benc...

Well based on that, I don’t see how they can provide you anything other than as per your elevations or a different fix that you are 100% happy with. Building expert may have more advice?

Question? The house has been build for a display somewhere which doesn’t have th pipes sticking out hand it? If that’s the case, how can this be “unforeseen” becuase they already had to fix it. Also, if a design flaw means that your elevations don’t show the issue, that’s is definately not your faul...

I believe it’s efflorescence, which occurs when salts etc are coming out of the brick. My understanding is that it’s very common, esp for darker bricks and that you need to maintain them with methods such as acid wash or sealing. Prob best to speak to the brick manufacture for maintenance advice!

We are having this the laundry and powder room because apparently coral don't do 600 x600 in wet rooms due to issues with falls. Sorry, larger rectangle ie 900wide :) Apparently laying large tiles in wet areas cost a bo...

I really love your selections, just thought I would give you a heads up that we also selected the beglga 300x600 but had to have the tiles ripped up and select a new tile as they found that the tiles were all different size. There was a variances of 5mm in length and 3mm in width and once he saw it,...
