@dc_1985 thanks, that's really helpful. My partner and I are going through our quote for Madison 40 and noticed it wasn't included. We thought to drop into WOS on Sat for an insight, we actually spent 6 hours there! There is so much to consider.

@gio ...thanks :) I suspected as much, my partner and I asked Sunbury staff and she said 4K...I don't think so. And WoS staff were reluctant to give a price but said around $20K.

Does anyone know the price of the contemporary 2 staircase, same as the Madison 40 in Sunbury?
