Hi Ash and Rami_m, We did go ahead with a custom build through Wincrest Bespoke. They have their office at Northbridge. You can speak to Nathan there. Their inclusions are mostly all premium. We are currently in DA approval stage. Can't wait to get it started! Let me know if you need any more detail...

Hi MandM+4 , Thanks for the reply. Our block is long (about 40m deep). But if we go any longer than the current length, it makes it costlier as more slope comes into picture. We were more keen on a double storey so that we could enjoy the bush views at the back. Seems like it will come at a cost. W...
Yes the more slope will add to the cost but I would guess nothing like the additional $80k or so to build a double stor...

Hi, Has anyone built with Wincrest Bespoke or have any opinion on them? We are considering a split level home for our land with 3m fall over the building envelope. Our concerns - Their ABN seems to be registered only recently in 2017 (See here) However they are registered along with Wincrest Homes (...

Hi @doosra, i am now another victim of Hydraulics related variation! I was happy yesterday as I had received my kitchen plans, but today I received my variation for Hydraulics - and it is even more than 30,000 AUD (just under 33K)!!! This is ridiculous, and the amount that we cant do anything abt. ...
Damn sorry to hear. How much did they put in the provisional allowance ? I had 17,500 AUD in PA, now this is additional...

[color=#353535][size=100]Is there any particular reason why the cost is so high? are you in a flood prone zone or any other such reason? Just getting on the building scene, so not sure if question even makes sense. We are just entering the tender stage and would be great to know as much as possible...

Hi all. Been considering Eden Brae for building our new home along with Wisdom and Better Built. But wifey and me get a feeling that EB's designs, especially the facades are a bit outdated. We are looking in particular at Heathcote 37 (Upstairs Bed1 Rear Alt). What do you guys think?
