Hi Ash and Rami_m, We did go ahead with a custom build through Wincrest Bespoke. They have their office at Northbridge. You can speak to Nathan there. Their inclusions are mostly all premium. We are currently in DA approval stage. Can't wait to get it started! Let me know if you need any more detail...

Yes the more slope will add to the cost but I would guess nothing like the additional $80k or so to build a double stor...

Hi @doosra, i am now another victim of Hydraulics related variation! I was happy yesterday as I had received my kitchen plans, but today I received my variation for Hydraulics - and it is even more than 30,000 AUD (just under 33K)!!! This is ridiculous, and the amount that we cant do anything abt. ...
