@jaycee24 Type A footings are included on the majority of builds...it's a standard cost..BTW the builder can't quote a house without footings If there is a slope your footings may have to be stepped or you may require retaining somewhere There may also be upgrades for coastal, wind etc,..but you sh...

It seems like a lot! But I have no idea if it’s right. I’m currently waiting on a quote and our block is 1000sqm with 2m fall...if yours is 60k then I don’t think we can afford to even build a house!
