I have bought in Rosedale 71 terry Road. I think I will need to pay for the site costs however Rosedale is already quiet leveled.

I am wondering if anyone has bought a block of land or house package in Rosedale Box Hill?

I would suggest you buy in Rosedale estate in Box Hills. Its in Hills Shire council and you can grab a 334 square meter block for $467 K. I bought one there. Land will settle in Oct/Nov 2017.

Thanks for your reply Kaycee. I ended up buying in Rosedale Gardens which is very close to Rosalind Gardens. I looked at lot 406 in Rosalind Gardens but dint buy it as it had a main sewer running across the side boundary.
