If you're building near RAAF Base in SA (e.g. Burton, Elizabeth etc.) is there a requirement for noise rating for windows or similar? Also if you live in the area is it actually affected by the noise and how much?

Hi All, Just wondering what happens on PCI day. Our house is locked up and we are not able to view how the house looks from inside to find the defects. So, what happens on PCI day actually. On PCI day, do they give us the whole day to find the defects and at the end of the day report it to our SS o...
I'm also interested, if anyone can answer please that would be much appreciated!

Paintwork seems to be the thing that everyone has a problem with (all builders). To me, it sounds like the builders don't pay the painters enough money or they don't give them enough time and they have to rush. It would be so much easier and cheaper if it was done right the first time. Especially w...
maybe they just use inexperienced apprentices and not supervised for that... so no wonder it's not up to scratch

Hi everyone I just wanted to say I'm building in NSW and have had no issues from sales, head office admin and throughout the build. This forum really scared me but I'm thankful I listened to local area/region reviews. Our build is at PCI and we are handing over next week. 15 week build excl. Christ...

Hey All, I am building the modified Grange 26 and decided to extend the outdoor alfresco and have it uncovered for 1.5 metres. Coral have came back and told me that this cannot be done anymore as it's a hazard and they dont want to take any liability basically. I also suggested that if they just do...
