Cws, my understanding with the First Home Buyers grant is that it is pro-rata from 650k to 750k. Meaning that you will get the full 10k if it is equal to or less than 650K and the closer you get to 750K the less you get.

Hey Markpus, a rough base price that's a really difficult question to answer. It would depend on the house you were building etc. We chose the Sienna 36 and I believe it's approx $380K. That includes our facade with the balcony and the premium inclusions. Ok, perfect... looking at something similar...

Fair enough well if a house i choose is 30-35 squares.. working off 12K per square, my budget should be fine.. obviously landscaping etc costs more depending on block.
