I would flip it for sure and also ad a window in the master against the side wall to let some morning sunshine in facing the west the alfresco would be uncomfortable during summer

My brother inlaw was one of the first to build in NSW with Adenbrook, his contract number was either #4 or #5 back in 2012. He built in Gregory Hills and the quality of his home is truly on another level.... besides high ceilings, corner stack doors with pillar delete and a huge pivot door the rest ...

Thanks to those that replied Regarding the NBN and internet are the homes in Willowdale equipped with Hills Home Hubs as standard requirements or is this an option? In Gregory Hills it was a must as everything came through the fibre cable including free to air tv which meant no need for a antenna
