Buffalo Lawn - Black burnt like leaves but roots wetLandscape & Garden Design

Hello Members, My front yard with buffalo lawn is getting patch's with black ( looks like burnt) and dry leaves. However roots and soil seems wet. Not sure if it got fungus infection. As I spots are only in the slope surface of the lawn. Top of the slope is growing well. It would be greatly apprecia...
