Yes already had that discussion as long as I meet the new BAL rating - will see when we put pen to paper if they remain or do a 180 flip

As far as I know the BAL changed due to the elevating of the private road. Our’s Lot 15 changed from 29 to possibly a FZ 😝😩 We will have to reassess. Oops that doesnt sound good , mine was BAL 29 too was hoping for it to go down , I am on Lot 7 I think Lot 7 side will be OK, as the road wasn't elev...

Agree - my problem exactly an additional $60K to the already $40K as i quoted on the worst case scenario of BAL 40 I am well over the APZ, probably by 5 meters
