Hi everyone, I'm at a very initial phase of looking at builders for my new build but I'm shocked to see what few people had to go through with MJD. I just had my first meeting with the sales guy. In fact after reading the forum I'm reconsidering to even visit them again or not. Seems like my build ...

Hey all, we have just accepted the consolidated tender but have just realised a couple of things. We wanted to add a gass outlet to the alfresco for the BBQ and apparently you need to do something to the HT wall so it is strong enough to have a TV hung on it. Do we do this at the plan or colour sel...

Would it be bad if there was no laundry sink. Just about to start a bathroom and laundry reno and I am thinking of just leaving out the sink in the laundry. I dont think I have ever used our old one. The bathroom will be off the laundry so I can use the tub to fill a bucket. Thats what I do anyway....
