Thanks for that, that was what we were wanting. It's a pain because it will be cheaper to change it after the fact rather than pay Mojo the variation cost. I prefer translucent. No need for blinds and you get light with privacy! Few more pics. Fyi children's activity nook fits 2 x kivik book shelve...

yeah I 've been through this thread and that does to be a common theme about the admin. It's early days for me but so far Mojo has been on point with everything up until now. Thanks for the info on Hebel I've done my homework and I'm pretty much sold on it. The question I have is, is the R2.0 insul...

Sorry I didn't address the Hebel. We are super happy with it and it's thermal performance. They have had to repair a few spots where scaffolding and window installers damaged the Hebel and it looks fine you can't tell it's been patched. Well someone in the industry can but most wouldn't know. With w...

Hey ja-mez we're seriously considering the Enigma 41 in Hebel with colorbond. What are your thoughts now that your build is nearing completion? Any feedback/photos you have would be great. cheers We love the colours. Our only wish is that the garage parapit wall was darker. Maybe 8ball black to fur...

Gloomy Saturday. Site fence is gone and house is looking ace! Loving the blue, black and grey tones. Once handover is here the challenge will be to get a quote from landscapers for a fence, retaining wall and driveway! And have them actually do the work before christmas! Hey HLC Mine are a little different because Mojo allowed me as a one off to tile my own. I run my own tiling company. At tender time this is what I negotiated, worked in both our favours. Although it looked like it wasn't going to happe at one point.... 1. They don't have to worry about getting comp...

Hi any one know how to avoid cladding above garage as my builder saying I cant go brick and confirmed with the gallery consultant that the guidelines indicate that 2 materials are needed in Elara. Hebel panels with render or Tiles is an option!! Technically it's clad but different finish!

I’m after some advice. In April this year I was given a quote for tiles from a reputable company. The quote stated I needed 88m2 of my chosen tile and 18m2 for my alfresco. In the quote it clearly states that ‘wastage’ is included. Due to bank valuation on the house it was decided to do the tiling ...
Short answer no. If there is not enough stock I'm sure in their TCs that they will get out of it. Quote is only valid wh...

Building in Kellyville Ridge and the last theee weeks has only seen delays because of backorders on tiles and PC items. Hi, As part of our renovation we had a new upstairs bathroom and and en suite built. After an independent inspection, both floors were flagged as being non-compliant in that they did not have the required fall to the drain. The 'master builder' then allegedly had the floors rectified claiming that ...
