Our builder didn’t think to book in electrical early so now we have to wait until end of November before practical completion...bloody morons What does that mean ? Who is your builder btw

I got my prelim plans the other day and I need a retaining wall on the left!!! Im halfway down Sammarah and lot is relatively flat too so wouldn’t have guessed I needed one. That's an option for me too. I can flip the house for no cost, but I won't get enough sunlight. How much was it to change the rainwater pit? Not sure about the exact cost but my builders mention that it would be around 20k. Which builder are you building with as flipping the house should not cost y...
