They never give you enough lights or powerpoint. Electrical will be one of your major prestart expenses. Good luck!

Yes, they are the 10W Della Vita ones. I have 2x 10W LEDs over a 2.3m bench and that provides good lighting. I would think for 5 metres you would need at least 4x LEDs to provide sufficient lighting in a kitchen.

We took most of the LED lights out and replaced with batons as we wanted to get our own pendants etc. We did leave some LEDs above the kitchen and bathroom benches and in the toilets. Get back in touch with HGWA and insist they send a tile cleaner out to assess them. It is a known problem. As for banks, valuations and final payments... Don't leave it to your builder or local bank or broker. Ring your bank directly and ask when the valuation is booked in. On the day the valuation is done, ring the bank again to check it has been done and final payment is ok to proceed. Ask for a cheque...

Most of my house was already packed up and at my mums in Mandurah. We moved all the boxes today and the kitchen is finished...yay!
