Does anyone know the settlement date for stage 9? If the land is not ready to be valued for another 2 weeks, then the settlement date has to be postponed from 1st May as mentioned in contract as banks will take time to release payment. Any idea what may be the new settlement date for stage 9? Thanks.

Broker can 100% go back to bank and provide further information to help them reivaluate the loan amount. A broker just needs to know the right chanels to go down. In saying that ours didn't need to as we got the right valuation straight away. In the end it comes down to the bank which is annoying. ...
