Sorry to harp on about handover stuff. Ok so I think I know where I was getting confused- the final amount is to be paid at 'practical completion' but is this actually handover rather than the PC inspection itself? Because my contract definitely says the final payment is due at practical completion...

Im so confused too!! I just pm you Take my advice! We have just been stuffed over by coral! Got a letter on Friday 28th...

That is just a sample tile, the tile itself is a lot bigger as you can see on our actual splash back
