We're still waiting on final drawings and contracts. All going well, the demo will start in about 3 months. I'm going to need that much time to pack and move!

Building in the eastern suburbs. Yeah we are planning on staying in this house for a while, so it's been picked more for teenagers (even though we're not there yet.) The powder room will be like a second bathroom for girls to fight over :lol:

Looks like everything is moving along really well. I really like the colour of your vinyl plank flooring. Do you remember what it's called. I have the same issue with 2 kids and 2 dogs so after a good hard wearing floor too.
