Also the solution 2 gives you a very long kitchen, 6 mt plus the island. I think it is not balanced with the rest of the area. It would be deleting the island but I think having it is critical nowadays.

Hey guys, I am building my first home and drafting the plan. It`s a small one floor, 17 sq so the spaces are very limited. Do you reckon a bathroom 1580 x 3940 is too small? It should fit basin, sink, shower and bath. The 2 bedrooms ar currently 3100x3000. I can make them 3000x3000 and have a bigger...
