Also the solution 2 gives you a very long kitchen, 6 mt plus the island. I think it is not balanced with the rest of the area. It would be deleting the island but I think having it is critical nowadays.

Well, potentially the top can be closed to create a walk in pantry but this will cut a bit of light. Also isn`t 3.5mt too narrow to have sofa and table?
