Hi Everyone! We are building the Lawson22mk2 through home solutions by metricon and I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on what to look for, essential upgrades etc.. its our first home so we have no idea what we are doing ha ha!! Anyone built the Lawson would love to hear from you !

Hi, Just a few questions on a guarantor loan.. I am wanting to borrow around 400k for a house however the bank probably will only lend me 320k max on my own.. is it possible to get a guarantor to go for the remainder of the amount? whats the process? do they have to know all your finance history etc...

that's what I thought puglover, my parents do own 2 properties but for some reason I don't want to get them to go guarantor.. I feel it better if we do it on our own. 5% before land settlement is achievable I think :) I just want to get the ball rolling im getting very impatient! :lol:

Hi Jane610, So does that mean u can pay the initial $3000 to secure the house and land and then come up with the 5% before land settles? we are thinking of purchasing a block in Pakenham which titles in august, does that mean we don't have to come up with the 5% until that time? sorry just so confus...

That sounds like it might be achievable :) we are so excited, we will be going on the weekend to talk to one of the sales people and go from there. so eager to get into our own house, loving hbc designs! :D
