we will get our inspector in the completion and handover stage. fixing stage is done. we had a walk through of the house with site supervisor last tuesday before they all go off for break. happy holidays everyone!

after reading goodvibes3076's message, i immediately called bentley to check if we have the same site supervisor... and alas! ours is the same. but CSA3 said somebody else will be working on the things they need to get started (materials, draft design, supplies, etc). let's see.

Hi all, just a brief update. Not much movement for us this month, ended up taking about 2 weeks until permits were issued. In the meantime CSA number 2 disappeared, we're now dealing with CSA 3 ::dizzy:: Also CSA 2 didn't document our final agreed variations, however CSA 3 managed to get this sorte...

Yeah, I have the same frustrations. CSA 1 resigned, CSA 2 has gone AWOL, CSA 3 had to catch up. It's taken us almost 3 ...

We have had our colour appointment and despite our CSA apparently going awol and them not being aware of our appointment being booked another CSA fitted us in and has been very helpful. So colours done and now waiting for our tender appointment in a couple ...

hi crh66, i think we have the same customer rep :) we are now waiting for developer permit approval as per our new customer rep. we just paid for the 5% deposit this week. now waiting to finalize our loan papers to send to Bentley. crossing our fingers! :)
