Were you happy with Houspect? We are looking to engage a building inspector for our build. We wanted it to be checked at every stage but have heard mixed reviews about Houspect?

Agree especially if you are having floor boards or vinyl planking. That is a pain hope it gets fixed. Never a dull moment when you are building ;-p

Just went to check on the slab again after not seeing it since Saturday and I noticed that there is now some weird bubbling toward the back of house. Anyone know what this is? I wish I had known this. We are also on a corner block in Corimbia and have lost a lot of space in our bathroom and cinema because of our truncation :-(

Hi jpmontoya - thanks for your feedback :-) We are really happy with our plan and very excited to see how it progressed. We are in stage 3 at Corimbia (near the very first display village). We bought the block quite a while ago but have now decided to build. Are you in Corimbia? What stage are you in?

Hi rjrj. Our benchtop is Ocean Foam. Once our plan was approved by Council we received the contracts about 2 weeks later (but we had the Xmas break a few days after permits were issued by Council) so the process should be quicker for you. Approvals took about 3 weeks with the Council. Any questions ...
