Hi i also replied within seconds. Missed again . They said 800 plus ppl wants to buy. I am also surprised at sudden interest. Also the developer is increasing the price by 30k each release. It’s really sad to see this

I was given that idea by one of the customer service when I called to ask about land loans. She advised me that we may be in trouble if the valuation is lower. I'm really interested in the hills development and don't want to miss out and want to make an informed decision :)
