Having lived in the area now for close to two years and in two different rentals, I would strongly recommend insulating the external walls as a minimum. The winters here are dropping down to close to 1 or 2 degrees in winter and high 30s to low 40s in summer. You definitely feel the difference betw...

Hey guys Our house build is due to start soon, so recently I have been trying to get a quote from a concreter to quote us on driveway, paths, alfresco etc (roughly 80sqm) but have had no success. Have contacted via email/phone roughly 11-15 different concreters and have only had one response back, b...

Hey your place is looking awesome. Good to hear you guys are in now and most of it is sorted. Gotta say all your colour choices come together nicely. But seriously, that table is the business.

Hi I just wanted to ask about your living area and how you find the temperature in the living/dining area with those stacker doors you have. Have you noticed the room being more cooler with all that window in that area of your home or any difference at all? We are building the Carmelle with Plantati...

Looking good Snyde, your build is coming along nicely. In regards to the corner beams where your stacker doors are, are you saying that was an upgrade? Also how does the house size feel now that the walls are gibbed? Does it feel mich smaller than the display homes which are q1?
