sorry, this gap is on the outside of the house, on the sliding doors at the rear, there is a painted piece of timber covering what looks like a gap. HOpe this clarifies some things. Cheers Tim

hi we are building with c_h in melbourne, i have noticed that above the aluminium sliding windows in the bathroom, and the ensuite, there is a 20mm gap above the window frame and the galvanised lintel. Is this common, all the other window are a tight fit pulling up on the window seal. Can anyone she...
