Does your quote say included for your add ons, or do you get the price. We have just signed with Burbank and i dont like how it says included.. you said you're doing your own flooring, did this save you lots? and will you have you do your own skirting after flooring is down? Thanks em

Hi We went with the Longreach at coral and have made a number of changes but the price is at least 40k less then the other builders with the same size house. Price for the size of the house and inclusions is why we chose them. If you have over 300k to spend go and check out the Metricon home at jim...
