That is so scary, we are building on Beachmere street and might get a chance to move in 2-2.5 months. More than anything else I need to work on the security cameras etc. for my place first thing. Kumar we had the same Defects!We did pay but we also had 2 more pre plaster inspection. They rectified the mentioned points as well as doing more than necessary because our independent inspector was pushing our SS. We are now at fixing stage.
