I am very confused about all. Can we get velocity? I just got an email from my builder stating that we have to fill in paperwork for the copper line. That we need to ring Telstra to organise a phone number and book it in all. Anyone else got this?

I did read your post. It will be interesting to see what they say. I will be stating that Janine has been told it is our decision. Hey said they have actually had reports of stolen tools etc. they are going to organise drive bys but if anyone can give me rough times and dates they see the cars and number plates that would be great. As far as we are aware the builder covers all costs for vandalism and theft until it is handed over to you at settlement. So until you receive the key it is there responsibility.
