Hi Aston15 welcome! We haven't made any progress yet as our consultant has been on a months leave :( we have our prelim drawings that we got when we paid the deposit but that's all. The site investigation was ordered and we think it has been done as there are holes dug on the block so fingers crosse...

Nope there is no nbn network in our area yet, we r trying to decide whether to put the cables in or not? Is tricky because will be very good for the future but we haven't put it in the budget. Might do a bit more research on it! Yep same, we r having 2 heating zones in bedrooms and living the house ...
